the correct size and color ordered by you. Therefore no returns, exchanges or
refunds will be accepted. When placing an order for upcoming season pre-orders
or made to measure items, please measure your body and compare to our size
chart to make sure you are pre-ordering the correct size. If you are unsure
about fit, fabric or shape, please contact us before placing the pre-order and
we will consult you about the matters in question. Each individual item’s
production and lead time will vary and we will get in touch with you to confirm
the latest shipping date for your order.

Prices shown on the website are in different currencies
based on the region and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you
have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable, as indicated
in the top left hand corner of the Site.

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time
to time. The price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order
is accepted will be honored, except in cases of payment error.

However we reserve the right at any time to modify prices or
discontinue the Service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to
you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or

Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using
existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the
applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the
items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.

Customers
purchasing from a country served as DDP will incur relevant import duty and
tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price of the order.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU will be charged for the items
purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to
you directly from our shipping carrier or an import broker appointed by you. We
recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost
price prior to purchase completion.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not
denominated in the same currency as your purchase, the final price will be
calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card

caused by destination customs clearance processes.

If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order,
you may exercise your right to return purchased products within 30 days from
the date on which you received them from adamohammock.com. Return items must be
shipped back to:

you. If the items are returned within this timeframe, we will exchange it or
offer a refund based upon the original payment method. The refund is
transferred by Adamo-Hammck Kft.. The products may be returned by any shipping
agent. The only costs at your own expense are those for return shipping. You
will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during transit.

To return products we invite you to contact our websupport
via support e-mail before
shipping your return package to us.

The right to return products shall be deemed correctly
exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

a.) the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified
or damaged;

b.) the identification tag is still attached to the products
with the disposable seal;

c.) the products must be returned, complete and unused, in
their original packaging (if you want to return a kit, it must include all of
its components);

d.) You must start a return process within 30 days from the
date on which you received them from adamohammock.com by getting contact via support e-mail . INVOICE
NUMBER must be indicate clearly on the outside of the box.

e.) return items must be shipped back to adamohammock.com
within 30 days from the date the package was delivered to you.

If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above,
adamohammock.com will exchange or refund the price of the returned purchased
products according to the methods and times of our standard refund procedure.
Please note that you can exchange the product only to the same style, but
different color or size variation. One exchange per order will be deliverd free
of charge. If you want to exchange a style to a different one, then we will
issue you a refund and you have to place a new order for the desired product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to
reach you, may vary.

You will be notified if the returned products cannot be
accepted. In this case we will return the products to you within three (3) days
in the conditions in which they were sent back to adamohammock.com. If you do
not wish to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back
to adamohammock.com, Vendor shall be entitled to keep the products and withhold
the sums already received.

Please note that any duties, taxes and fees you have paid
for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.

The refund procedure will begin after checking to ensure
that the customer's return is in accordance with the Return Policy. If the
return meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned
products have been accepted. Whatever form of payment you used (Credit or Debit
Card, Cash On Delivery), the refund procedure will start within 10 days from
when adamohammock.com was informed of your decision to exercise your right to
